Shaun also shares about how commercial cleaning helps businesses focus on what they’re good at, why company employees are not usually the first to notice how dirty their workplace has become, the level of capital invested to have on hand all the machines required for cool-store floor scrubbing, driveway cleaning, carpark sweeping and building post construction cleaning, and why 80% are for regular scheduled clients and 20% are one off jobs such as fire or flood clean ups.
